Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Program Management / Acquisition Analyst to support strategic acquisitions and mission partner requirements development for DoD and allied clients.

You will apply DoD and federal acquisition knowledge to shape program-level packages and guidance. The ideal candidate has experience with acquisition processes, market research, and metrics tracking, and holds an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience with DoD and federal acquisition policies.
• Skilled in program management support, requirements development, and market research.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Government stakeholders and Mission Partners.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate program metrics and tracking systems.
• Must hold an active SECRET clearance.
• Educational: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply expert knowledge of DoD and federal acquisition processes to help develop, review, and manage program-level acquisition packages.
• Maintain quality assurance standards, create acquisition templates, track package status, and report progress to leadership.
• Guide Government teams on the Strategic Management Tool and Requirements Approval Document processes.
• Conduct market research, support acquisition strategy development, and analyze new or revised acquisition policies to advise Government stakeholders.
