Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a technically experienced advisor to support defense programs with programmatic and staff experience. The role covers prototype development, maturation, and fielding across the software lifecycle.

A TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of relevant experience are required. Responsibilities include program management support, security compliance, and producing executive briefings for government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience in program analysis or related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver briefs and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office suite for planning and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support government program management across the lifecycle from concept to service transition.
• Develop and review budgets, schedules, and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare technical and executive briefings for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate reviews, meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines and program controls.
