Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking an Aligned Account Specialist to manage elite residential flooring accounts, ensuring accurate order entry, scheduling, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with logistics and internal teams to maintain exceptional service levels and nurture long-term partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer service environment.
• Experience managing elite accounts and high-demand shipments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and email/calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic relationships with key contacts in a specified geography ensuring long-term business success.
• Collaborate with inventory management, manufacturing, distribution, sales and internal groups to benefit the customer and Shaw.
• Deliver proactive service by addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Actively listen to customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions; foster trust and satisfaction.
• Take full responsibility for day-to-day account activities across multiple product types and categories.
