Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Strategic Accounts Central Service Coordinator in Germantown, WI to provide centralized support for customers and Airgas personnel. You will research servicing branches, coordinate new accounts, and process orders to ensure timely deliveries and accurate cylinder management.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Two years of customer service experience are required; SAP experience is preferred, along with a high school

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support for customer requests by researching servicing branch and contacts, coordinating new account set ups, and processing orders.
• Coordinate product deliveries and cylinder pickups while verifying and confirming dates and communicating changes to customers.
• Validate cylinder balances and initiate cylinder audits or account closures.
• Identify, analyze, and solve customer issues while creating opportunities to improve satisfaction.
• Structure, organize, and prioritize shared priorities to ensure smooth daily responsibilities.
• High level of proactive engagement and potential to grow with the team as responsibilities evolve.
• Perform special duties as assigned.
