Job summary

Butcher Power Products, part of Panelmatic, is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Accounts in Houston to lead a portfolio of projects valued at about $100M annually, coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Safety, Finance, Testing, and Sales.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage communications, risks, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on margin, while driving execution excellence in an engineered-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP Certification required.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience managing complex customer projects in engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial, utility, data center, or infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer projects valued at approximately $100M annually, including a strategic customer and multiple key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer communications, expectations, priorities, and escalations while maintaining effective working relationships.
• Lead customer project reviews, status meetings, and execution discussions, providing updates on project status, milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and delivery commitments.
• Lead projects from order intake through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipment, and project closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, on margin, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, recovery plans, and project execution strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Safety, Finance, Testing, and Sales to achieve project objectives.
