Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop seeks a Coordinator, Accounts to manage a portfolio of wholesale and partner-operated accounts. You will oversee POs, onboarding for new partners and locations, and coordinate with accounting and warehouse to ensure timely orders.

This role blends brand, product, and guest experience across diverse accounts. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales order fulfillment or account management, proficiency in D365 and Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or some college required.
• 2–5 years in sales order fulfillment/processing, account management or partnership management.
• Experience with order fulfillment systems such as D365, POs, SOP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong planning and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of experience-based and wholesale partners as main Build-A-Bear contact.
• Maintain and update partner-operated intranet site and account resources.
• Process and manage incoming Purchase Orders for wholesale and partner clients.
• Oversee onboarding and opening schedules for new partners and locations.
• Coordinate with accounting to set up partner accounts, create sales orders, and secure POs.
• Share delivery timelines with warehouse staff and customers.
• Lead quarterly client reviews and monthly check-ins to plan strategies.
• Provide shipment details to warehouse for timely processing.
• Communicate order statuses and collaborate across departments for an Experience First approach.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
