Versaterm is seeking a senior account leader to own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of strategic public-safety accounts across the United States, including state police and major municipal dispatch centers. You will develop account plans, map each customer's Versaterm footprint, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product ecosystem.

You will also lead renewal conversations and build executive relationships with public safety leaders across the product

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of established strategic accounts, including state police, large municipal departments, and dispatch centers.
• Develop account plans to map each customer's Versaterm footprint and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product ecosystem.
• Lead renewal and expansion conversations, navigate public-sector procurement, and build executive relationships with public safety leaders.
