Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts. You will enter customer purchase orders into Deacom, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with customers.

The role requires high school diploma, prior PO data entry experience, and strong customer service skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience entering customer purchase orders in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor orders through completion and assist with onboarding.
• Provide professional customer support and maintain accurate records of interactions.
