Employbridge is seeking a hands-on leader to own the success of a key client account by directing staffing operations, managing on-site teams, and delivering workforce solutions that drive business results and customer satisfaction.

The role oversees employee relations at the site, coaching, performance reviews, and escalation handling to ensure client engagement and service excellence. You will analyze workforce data using CRM and Power BI to forecast needs and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in manufacturing operations management and leadership.
• Experience using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Foster consultative client relationships across management levels.
• Lead staffing operations and on-site teams to meet KPI targets.
• Develop workforce planning to ensure talent pipeline and capacity.
• Coaches and develops associates; conducts performance reviews and investigations.
