You will coordinate with client management, deliver onboarding, and produce workforce reports to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes consultative client engagement, KPI-driven performance, and strong HR/data management capabilities to support evolving staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative client partnerships across management levels.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Workforce planning to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
• Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Experience creating and analyzing reports to identify workforce challenges.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a consultative relationship with the client across all levels of management to ensure a clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Develops and executes effective recruiting strategies that deliver applicant flow and hiring results to meet fill rate goals.
• Anticipates talent market needs and implements workforce planning to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Runs and creates reports (CRM, Power BI) to identify workforce challenges and collaborates with the client to address them.
• Coaches associates and manages performance, handling escalations and audits.
• Maintains high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and quarterly business reviews.
