Job summary

Zoetis Petcare seeks a Senior Commercial Lead to drive strategic partnerships and field execution across Independent and Emerging Corporate Accounts. The role reports to the Director and is field-based with 50–60% travel, including some evenings/weekends for educational programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sales/account management, strong cross-functional influence, and proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and analytics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 10+ years of sales experience, with a track record in account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive pull-through and field execution.
• Lead partner program planning, regional/national meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve financial targets and revenue growth.
• Forecast revenue and optimize investments to maximize account performance.
