Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager / Irrigation Supervisor in Houston, TX. You will manage one of the company’s largest client portfolios, oversee irrigation operations, and lead field crews while coordinating service delivery and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes horticultural expertise, relationship-building with property managers, and development toward branch leadership as the company expands satellite operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive horticultural and landscape knowledge.
• Strong plant, turf, irrigation, pest, disease understanding.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance and client management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
• Develop relationships with property managers, regional managers, maintenance teams, and clients.
• Conduct property walks and evaluate landscape quality, irrigation performance, and appearance.
• Maintain proactive client communication on service performance and upcoming needs.
• Own client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, irrigation improvements, and additional services.
• Assist in developing proposals and presenting recommendations to clients.
• Support client retention, account growth, and cross-sell within portfolios.
• Understand financial performance of accounts and ensure profitable service delivery.
