Earthtones Companies is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead and manage irrigation operations within an assigned Texas territory. You will oversee Irrigation Technicians, ensuring high‑quality service, improving system performance, and supporting client retention through proactive water management and profitability.

The role requires licensing and a track record of leadership in irrigation, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Texas Irrigator License is required.
• 5+ years of commercial irrigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation system troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Experience leading teams or supervising field personnel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily irrigation operations within the assigned territory.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, repairs, audits, and service requests.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards.
• Monitor workload distribution and technician productivity.
• Respond promptly to customer irrigation concerns and service requests.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Irrigation Technicians and Crew Leaders.
• Identify repair opportunities and review estimates/proposals.
• Drive irrigation repair sales and revenue growth within the territory.
• Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to improve water management.
• Maintain accurate irrigation documentation and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and irrigation regulations.
