Job summary

Earthworks, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Strategic Account Manager / Irrigation Supervisor to lead a major client portfolio and support irrigation operations across the branch.

This role serves as the main contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service, proactive communication, and profitable delivery while mentoring field teams. The position offers a development path toward Junior Branch Manager as the company grows a satellite location, with emphasis on client retention

Qualifications

• Extensive horticultural and landscape knowledge is required.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance, preferably multifamily or commercial property management.
• Strong client relationship, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage accounts, supervise staff, and lead operational teams.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
• Develop relationships with property managers, regional managers, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct property walks and evaluate landscape quality and irrigation performance.
• Maintain communication on conditions, service performance, and needs.
• Coordinate irrigation crews scheduling and field support.
• Lead and train field personnel and monitor branch operations.
