Job summary

Bostik in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to grow a select group of strategic customers in pressure sensitive adhesive tape, graphics and specialty film markets. You will drive account penetration, pipeline generation and revenue growth in collaboration with Market Segment Team.

The role reports to the National Sales Director and requires strong relationship building, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science or equivalent experience.
• Chemical or adhesive market experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clear written and verbal ability.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in territory management.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically within North America 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Key Account management for large and medium customers in tape, graphics and specialty film markets.
• Build relationships across functions to demonstrate supplier value.
• Navigate complex organizations via calls, online meetings and onsite visits.
• Monitor pricing and margins to maintain and grow profitability with product line support.
• CRM reporting and timely information for Salesforce.com updates.
• Travel domestically within North America for trade shows and customer visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience.
