Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a Territory Sales professional to manage existing customers and grow sales for Pressure Sensitive Adhesives across designated market segments.

You will implement growth plans, develop market strategies, engage with top management, and leverage CRM tools to drive value selling and coordinate with the Key Account Manager where applicable.

Qualifications

• Track record in territory sales within adhesives/labels/graphics markets is preferred.
• Experience developing growth plans and strategies within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing Henkel business and grow territory sales by promoting Henkel's Pressure Sensitive Adhesive products and services to current customers and new prospects in Tapes & Labels, Medical & Graphics market segments.
• Implement territory management and growth plans aligned with the business directives.
• Develop strategies to support profitable growth of product lines in the territory, coordinating with the Key Account Manager where applicable.
• Develop knowledge of the market and major applications & technologies in the assigned areas.
• Establish a complete target list with growth potential by application and location.
• Engage with Top Management to influence purchasing decisions.
• Use Henkel's CRM tools to manage sales and customer management processes.
• Communicate progress and needs to the management team.
