Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Strategic Account Management Director to lead the sales strategy for top pharmaceutical and life sciences clients from a remote US base. You will drive pipeline, close multi-million deals, and mentor a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Accounts Americas, you will build multi-threaded relationships, execute territory plans, and deliver consistent revenue growth while upholding Norstella's guiding

Qualifications

• Track record of quota achievement closing large B2B deals.
• Experience selling to pharma/life sciences consulting clients.
• Experience selling data/intelligence or SaaS solutions driving ACV growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales quota within assigned client base.
• Manage full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships to maximize lifetime value.
• Hunt for additional syndicated products and referrals into Norstella companies.
• Devise territory and account development plans to meet quota.
• Use sales/negotiation frameworks to grow sales.
