Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Program Manager to lead enterprise fire protection programs across Strategic Accounts in the United States. You will oversee inspections, testing, maintenance, and capital projects while coordinating with operations, sales, finance, and engineering teams to meet contractual obligations.

You will manage governance, risk, and customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed and supporting regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of program/project/operations management experience in fire protection.
• Experience leading customer-facing programs involving fire alarm, fire suppression, inspection, service, or construction activities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across operations, sales, finance, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, governance, risk management, and customer relationship management.
• Cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment and strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and governance of enterprise fire protection programs across assigned Strategic Accounts.
• Manage portfolios of inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, corrective service work, and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans aligning customer requirements with contractual commitments.
• Coordinate fire-related initiatives across multiple locations and Johnson Controls branches.
• Monitor and drive program performance against operational, financial, and customer-satisfaction metrics.
• Lead governance meetings, program reviews, and executive business reviews.
