Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Fire Program Manager to lead enterprise fire protection programs across strategic accounts. You will oversee inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, remediation, and capital projects while aligning customer requirements with contractual commitments.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and proactive risk management across multiple locations, with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in business, engineering, construction management, fire protection or PM.
• 5+ years in program management, operations, or fire protection related roles.
• Experience leading customer-facing programs involving fire alarm, fire suppression, inspection or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise fire protection programs across Strategic Accounts, including inspections, testing, maintenance, remediation and capital projects.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with facilities, safety, procurement and operations leaders.
• Develop governance, dashboards and reports; manage risks, budgets and timelines.
