As a trusted advisor, you will apply client and market insight to position RGA’s TAI as a strategic partner and identify new growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Knowledge of North American reinsurance industry and regulatory context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience liaising across diverse disciplines.
• Experience in business development or account management preferred.
• FLMI or related accreditation preferred.

• Manage strategic account plans for assigned accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage client relationships as primary contact for key accounts.
• Contribute to sales strategy and partner with Marketing and Product.
• Communicate the TAI value proposition to educate clients and prospects.
• Track client data and market trends to identify opportunities or risks.
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution.
• Lead client transformation initiatives and migrations to Next Gen platforms.
• Align account strategies with Business Development and Client Management Services.
• Configure and demonstrate TAI software to clients.
