Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Treaty Administration and Claims products. You will own the product strategy, collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering and Design, and align with leadership and external customers to ensure market-relevant solutions.

The role involves go-to-market planning, defining business cases, and prioritizing features to deliver business value and customer impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA or related).
• 6+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related role.
• Experience managing a single product or portfolio products.
• Experience defining and executing product strategies with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Defines vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and communicates it to leadership.
• Partners with leadership to build business cases and secure funding.
• Engages with customers, conducts market research, and analyzes competition.
• Translates strategy into actionable roadmaps with backlog priorities.
• Leads cross-functional alignment with engineering, marketing, sales, and CS.
• Owns product roadmap, balancing tech constraints with business needs.
• Defines success metrics and tracks adoption, retention, and impact.
• Influences data-driven decisions and storytelling for growth.
