Air Master Group seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting, managing month-end/year-end closings, and leading audits. You will provide financial insights to executive management and supervise the accounting team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar management position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Taxes, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee account reconciliations and support cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate with department leaders and executive management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and develop accounting team members.
