Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in accounting, corporate finance and treasury, plus an Associate's degree or higher in accounting and proficiency with enterprise accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance and Treasury.
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software and general ledger.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AR, AP and financial reporting functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead month-end and year-end close; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual financial audit with Director of Retail Accounting and Controller.
• Assist with treasury management and cash flow reporting for projects.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Review A/R and A/P payments; liaise with vendors and internal staff.
