Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor, based in Carlsbad, California, seeks a Senior Accountant to support monthly close and deliver accurate US GAAP financial reporting across multiple brands. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation while improving close processes and policy consistency.

The role reports to the Global Accounting Manager and requires 5+ years in accounting, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and US GAAP.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Ability to work in a complex organization with multiple business units, brands and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and documentation for month-end close.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances to forecast or trends.
• Support improvements and standardization of the close process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies across brands.
