Kwartler Manus, LLC is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to own the firm’s financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, vendor management, and insurance oversight. This role collaborates with the Partner and external CPA to ensure accurate, well‑organized finances and strategic growth.

The role drives cash flow, budgeting, and client trust accounting under IOLTA rules, coordinating reconciliations, reporting, and year‑end tax planning for a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting, ideally in law or professional services.
• CPA certification is highly valued and preferred.
• Strong proficiency with accounting and legal practice management software (QB, Litify).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily bookkeeping, payroll administration, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with CPA on tax review and year‑end planning.
• Manage trust accounting in compliance with IOLTA rules.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee insurance renewals and vendor contracts.
