Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and monthly depreciation.
• Prepare amortization of prepaid and intangible assets.
• Generate entries for lease accounting software and intercompany balances.
• Support month-end close and produce ad hoc reports.
• Assist with audits and PBC requests.
• Oversee accounts payable processing and vendor documentation.
