Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• CPA strongly preferred; M&A accounting or due diligence experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple businesses.
• Lead and develop an accounting team of about 20 professionals.
• Own month-end and year-end close processes and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Build a scalable accounting function to support growth.
