Job summary

The position collaborates with the Treasurer, Financial Committee, Executive Committee and Board to assist in budgeting and strategic planning, and to manage ongoing tax and regulatory filings at the DC level.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
• Ability to prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Experience with payroll processing and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member dues and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring delinquencies are addressed.
• Ensure compliance with District, State and Federal filings and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Buz G/L and QuickBooks payroll.
