Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an East Services Delivery Managing Architect to guide technical direction and customer success for our most strategic accounts. You will mentor Architects and Principal Consultants, shape career paths, and ensure delivery excellence across a matrixed organization.

In collaboration with Territory Service Managers, PMO, and RMO, you will scope engagements, design enterprise roadmaps, run workshops, and drive adoption of Red Hat services, OpenShift, and DevOps practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a high-performing delivery team of architects and consultants.
• Translate priorities into OKRs and KPIs and drive delivery excellence across engagements.
• Scope and deliver consulting engagements with customers and design enterprise roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, demos, and best-practice communities at customer sites.
• Collaborate with PMO, RMO, product, engineering, support, and sales to ensure alignment.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure client success with Red Hat solutions.
