Canon Financial Services, Inc. in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Strategic Client Services Representative II to own a portfolio of strategic clients, including large global corporations and government entities.

The role combines client service leadership with financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This full-time hybrid position requires in-office presence on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the remainder of the week potentially remote, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Collections/Customer Service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with large customers and multi-schedule setups.
• Experience with governmental entities is a plus.
• Knowledge of payment applications and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for Strategic Client portfolio.
• Responds to inquiries to provide best-in-class service.
• Conducts large-scale reconciliation and cash application analyses.
• Root-cause, problem solve and develop action plans for complex issues.
• Manage issues across multiple disciplines and schedules.
• Develops and translates reporting to visualize portfolio insights.
• Reads and processes customer purchase orders, invoicing and payments.
• Understands end-of-lease processes: buyout, upgrades, removals, terminations.
• Oversees the rebooking process for contract changes or errors.
• Engages with Canon resources and partners across channels.
• Mentors Level 1 associates; cross-trains as needed.
• Participates in company-wide initiatives.
