Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, including large global corporations and government entities.
• Responds to customer inquiries to provide best in class service while managing aging receivables.
• Conducts large scale reconciliation and cash application analyses.
• Identifies root causes and develops action plans for complex client issues.
• Develops reports to visualize portfolio performance and individual client activity.
