Canon Financial Services in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Strategic Client Services Representative II. You will own a portfolio of strategic clients, including large global corporations and government entities, providing end-to-end relationship management and reporting.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and a flexible work-from-home option the rest of the week, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Canon Financial Services' strategic clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries with best-in-class service while managing aging receivables.
• Conduct large-scale reconciliation and cash application analyses.
• Identify root causes and develop action plans for complex issues.
• Translate and visualize reporting to show portfolio and client performance.
