Job summary

The role supports Financial Advisors and Client Associates with account openings, maintenance, and feature enrollments, including tutorials and issue reviews.

Shifts are Mon-Fri with several ET schedules; training runs 9:00–5:30 AM/PM EST, then move to the chosen schedule. Requires 2+ years of customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses at the point of contact.
• Deliver effective and efficient operational support to internal business partners, external customers, and prospective clients.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and updating retirement accounts.
• Provide tutorial assistance, troubleshoot errors, and review account documentation.
• Accurately authenticate clients and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
• Document relevant information quickly and accurately while keeping the client fully engaged.
• Resolve and de-escalate challenging situations professionally and respectfully.
• Deliver a positive experience that helps improve customers’ financial lives.
