Job summary

C.H. Robinson is hiring an Associate Portfolio Executive to build and manage a customer portfolio while developing long-term, trusted relationships.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to simplify quoting, planning, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on selling, problem-solving, and growing revenue. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience (internal or external).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into active business.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume, revenue, and wallet share.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations.
• Quote and price freight, applying negotiation skills, market insight, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing strategy.
