Job summary

CBX Solutions in Charleston, SC seeks an Account Manager to identify security and access control needs, delivering integrated solutions across access control, CCTV, and door hardware. You will coordinate proposals with internal teams and maintain client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/account management in security or construction, plus knowledge of blueprints and strong communication skills. This is an on-site role offering growth and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or estimating in security integration, low-voltage, or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and construction managers across assigned accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions through proactive outreach and territory management.
• Conduct onsite and virtual presentations highlighting access control, video surveillance, and openings solutions.
• Collaborate with internal brands/divisions to ensure coordinated proposals.
• Prepare, deliver, and coordinate proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and technical documentation.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM data integrity.
