Job summary

CBX Solutions, a leader in architectural doors, frames, hardware, and security integration, seeks a Project Manager to oversee diverse customer-based projects across Division 8, 10, 28, and aluminum storefronts in a Charleston, SC setting.

You will coordinate internal teams and external clients, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure quality documentation and timely close-out. A degree or equivalent experience is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience in relevant industry.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or related divisions.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with proper verification.
• Report incidents and escalate as needed to management.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
