Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with direct client interaction.
• Notary and title license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong local market knowledge.
• Experience delivering presentations and public speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and generate business opportunities.
• Increase Meridian Title’s market share within assigned accounts.
• Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up to build a strong, active pipeline.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance metrics.
• Submit accurate and complete title orders in a timely manner; partner with operations to ensure seamless transactions.
• Maintain visibility into file progress and proactively communicate with customers to enhance the closing experience.
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational content to customers and partners.
