Job summary

X4 Engineering is seeking an Account Manager for Medical Devices (Compliance & Testing) to oversee client relationships and coordinate across EMC, RF/wireless, and product safety testing services. You will engage with international customers, manage quotes, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires experience in TIC environments and knowledge of FDA and EU MDR submissions, with strong CRM and MS Office proficiency. Travel for site visits may be required as projects scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or delivering EMC, RF/Wireless, or Product Safety test services in a TIC environment.
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements for consumer, industrial, wireless, and/or medical device products.
• Familiarity with medical device regulatory submissions (FDA, EU MDR).

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, proposals, and customer accounts via CRM and internal PM tools
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, providing support throughout the sales and project lifecycle
• Provide tailored compliance and certification solutions across medical and non-medical electrical and wireless products
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to scope regulatory, testing, and timeline requirements
• Identify cross-sell and account expansion opportunities
• Coordinate with engineering, lab operations, and project management for accurate scoping and handoff
• Maintain pipelines, opportunities, and customer records in CRM
• Communicate project updates and compliance requirements to customers and internal teams
