Holt Logistics Corp is seeking an experienced account manager to grow key client relationships and expand services across our freight and logistics portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, resolve issues, and drive profitability for our customers while maintaining strong service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts by adding new services and expanding existing ones to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and advocate for them internally to align resources for delivery.
• Target improvements for customers by collaborating with internal teams on strategic solutions.
• Manage order activities and ensure accuracy in systems, including flow, failures, trace, and claims.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to develop strategic-level pricing.
• Culture of owning customers' success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite applications (Gmail, Word/Google Docs, Powerpoint/Google Slides, and Excel/Google Sheets).
• Be tenacious, spontaneous and energetic.
• Willing to work as a team and driven for results.
