The position reports to the Director of Sales and Distribution Eastern Region and requires the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with all departments. Travel of 30–50% within the US and occasional North America is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in industrial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% within US and occasionally North America.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical and chemical knowledge to optimize customer relationships in the lime industry.
• Lead strategic customer account planning and develop mutual performance objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients at senior and operational levels.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet profitability goals.
• Provide technical support on product use and handling with plant personnel.
• Develop understanding of the lime market and supply chain challenges.
• Participate in sales budgeting and forecast updates.
• Adhere to sales processes and reporting tools.
• Support credit department with overdue accounts and collections.
