Stanley 1913 is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our Lifestyle channel within the North American market. You will manage strategic relationships with major retailers, drive sales growth, optimize assortments and execute merchandising strategies to expand Stanley's footprint across the channel.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years' direct consumer goods sales experience and a track record with large wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of retail analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with large volume, multi-channel national retailers.
• Proven ability to manage complex order books and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute North American strategy and roadmaps for the Lifestyle channel.
• Build collaborative relationships with key Retail Partners.
• Hit sales, margin and sell-through targets across accounts.
