Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our Lifestyle channel with major Retail Partners across North America. This remote role is ideally located in Chicago or CST time zone, with up to 30% travel and the ability to manage a complex multi-channel account base.

You will implement regional strategy, expand assortment, drive sell-through, and partner with Marketing, Demand, and Supply Planning to elevate Stanley brand presence in stores and online.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years direct sales experience with Consumer Goods brands
• Strong knowledge of retail analytics; experience in buying, planning or key account sales
• Experience with large volume multi-channel National retailers in athletic, sneaker/skate, and family footwear categories

Responsibilities

• Implement North American strategy and roadmap to grow Stanley business within the channel
• Build collaborative relationships with key Retail Partners
• Achieve sales goals, margins, and sell-through for accounts
• Proactively manage a highly complex order book
• Identify opportunities to improve brand presence and expand assortment in stores and online
• Partner with leadership to explore new channel opportunities
• Ensure accurate forecasting and collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing to elevate brand in accounts
