Stanley 1913 is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our presence within the Lifestyle channel of business. This role manages strategic relationships with key Retail Partners, drives sales growth, optimizes assortment, and executes merchandising strategies to expand Stanley's footprint.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of direct sales experience in consumer brands, with large wholesale partners and multi-channel national retailers.

• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Implement North American strategy and roadmap to grow Stanley business within the Lifestyle channel.
• Build collaborative relationships with key Retail Partners.
• Achieve sales goals, margin targets, and sell-through across accounts.
• Proactively manage a highly complex order book.
• Improve brand presence, expand assortment, and drive sell-through in stores and online.
• Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities within the channel.
