Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our presence within the Lifestyle channel. You will manage strategic relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth, optimize assortment, and execute merchandising strategies to expand Stanley’s footprint across the channel.

This remote role is ideally located in the CST time zone (Chicago area preferred) with up to 30% travel, focusing on national retailers and driving collaboration with marketing and demand planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years direct sales experience in Consumer Goods brands.
• Strong knowledge of retail analytics; experience in buying, planning or key account sales is required.
• Experience with large volume, complex multi-channel national retailers in athletic, sneaker/skate, and family footwear segments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute North American strategy and roadmap to grow the Stanley business within the channel.
• Build collaborative, trusted relationships with Retail Partners.
• Achieve sales, margin targets and sell-through for accounts across the channel.
• Proactively manage a highly complex order book and forecast accurately.
