Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our Lifestyle channel presence with North American retailers. You will manage strategic relationships, drive sales growth, optimize assortment, and execute merchandising strategies to expand Stanley's footprint.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of direct sales experience in Consumer Goods, strong retail analytics knowledge, and a proven track record with large, multi-channel national retailers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct sales experience in Consumer Goods.
• Strong knowledge of retail analytics; experience in buying, planning or key account sales is required.
• Experience with large volume, multi-channel national retailers across athletic, sneaker/skate, and family footwear is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement North American strategy and roadmap to grow Stanley business within the channel.
• Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key retail partners.
• Achieve sales goals, margin targets, and sell-through for accounts across the channel.
• Proactively manage a highly complex order book.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand presence, expand assortment, and drive sell-through in stores and online.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities within the channel.
