Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our Lifestyle channel across North America. You will manage strategic relationships with major retailers, drive sales growth, optimize assortment, and execute merchandising strategies to expand Stanley's footprint.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in direct consumer goods sales, strong retail analytics, and experience with large, multi-channel national retailers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years direct sales experience in Consumer Goods
• Strong knowledge of retail analytics and forecasting
• Experience with large, multi-channel National retailers in athletic/lifestyle sectors

Responsibilities

• Implement NA strategy and roadmap for channel growth
• Build collaborative relationships with Retail Partners
• Achieve sales, margin, and sell-through targets
• Proactively manage a complex order book
• Identify opportunities to expand assortment and brand presence
• Partner with leadership to identify new channel opportunities
• Ensure accurate forecasting and collaborate with Demand/Supply Planning
• Work with Marketing and Consumer Experience to elevate brand presence
