Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to connect with existing and new clients, listen, consult and build lasting relationships. You will produce proposals, review project specs, schedule site visits, and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and 3–5 years of sales experience, are comfortable driving to multiple sites, and excel at professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and travel to site locations.
• Horticultural knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for lawn and snow services.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Produce professional proposals and client communications.
• Review project specifications and contract documents.
• Anticipate problems and propose solutions to avoid complaints.
