Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to lead maintenance crews, manage client relations, and drive landscape enhancements across projects. You will partner with sales to win new work and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless workflows.

Ideal candidates have landscape experience, plant knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets while communicating with diverse clients, including Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred.
• Landscape experience and plant knowledge are key.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules and budgets.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely.
• Use industry tech to manage team, schedule crews, track hours and budgets.
• Serve as main client contact; meet proactively and as a SME.
• Use creativity to design landscape enhancements.
• Assist sales team with new work to grow the book of business.
• Coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and Field Support.
