Job summary

MCC Label is seeking an Account Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strong retention strategies, and strategic account planning.

The role requires collaboration with mid and senior management, marketing and technical staff to tailor solutions for customers in premium labels and packaging. You will negotiate deals, develop proposals, and help shape product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years proven sales experience in labels or flexible packaging.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients via cold calls and meetings with decision makers.
• Develop proposals addressing client needs, concerns and objectives with the team.
• Participate in pricing the solution and handle objections to reach a positive conclusion.
• Present new products and services, strengthen existing relationships, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend industry events and provide feedback on market trends and opportunities.
• Submit weekly progress reports and forecast sales targets.
