Job summary

Unió Digital in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to own the client relationship across its IT, cabling, security, and AI services. You will conduct quarterly business reviews and serve as the trusted, single point of contact for assigned accounts.

You'll identify expansion opportunities, coordinate renewals with operations and finance, and work with small-business owners and C-suite stakeholders. This mid-senior role requires strong relationship-building and a consultative selling

Qualifications

• 3+ years account management or consultative B2B sales experience (MSP/IT services preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable presenting to small-business owners and C-suite stakeholders
• Familiar with CRM workflows and pipeline hygiene
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of named accounts across IT, cabling, security, and AI services
• Run quarterly business reviews and account health discussions
• Identify and progress expansion opportunities (additional services, new sites, more users)
• Coordinate renewals with operations and finance
• Be the trusted single point of contact for the client
